Personalization

Do you offer personalized or custom messages?

Yes! Many of our bundles include an option to add a gift message. Look for the personalization field on the product page and enter your message before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling — we print or include your message exactly as entered.

How do I submit my personalization details?

Enter your personalization details (name, message, monogram, etc.) directly in the customization field on the product page. If you miss this step, email us at cur8bundles@gmail.com immediately — we can only accommodate changes before your order enters production.

How long does personalization take?

Personalized orders are assembled and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.) processing may take slightly longer. Plan ahead for time-sensitive gifts!

Gift Wrapping

Do your bundles come gift-ready?

Our bundles are curated and presented in a gift-ready format. If your bundle includes a specific gift-wrapping or packaging option, it will be noted on the product page. Please check the individual product listing for what's included with your bundle.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes — use the gift message or personalization field on the product page to include a note for your recipient.

Bundle Substitutions

Can I swap items in a bundle?

Our bundles are curated sets and item substitutions are not available at this time. Each bundle is carefully assembled as shown. If you have questions about what's included, email us at cur8bundles@gmail.com before placing your order.

What if an item in my bundle is out of stock?

We do our best to keep all bundle items in stock. In the rare event of a shortage, we'll contact you at the email address on your order to discuss options.

Ingredients & Allergens

Where can I find ingredient or allergen information?

We don't list ingredient and allergen details for each individual item in our bundles. If you have questions about ingredients, allergies, or sensitivities, please email cur8bundles@gmail.com before purchasing, especially if you or your recipient have known allergies or sensitivities.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 5–7 business days. Total estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from order date under normal conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $20 or more. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Please contact us at cur8bundles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost packages, we'll initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed — especially for personalized and custom items, which cannot be restocked or resold.

What if my order is wrong or arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at cur8bundles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
